AIIMS offers a variety of undergraduate and postgraduate courses in medical sciences, including MBBS and M.D. Biochemistry, M.D. Physiology, B.Sc. Nursing (Hons), M.D. Anatomy, M.S. General Surgery, M.D. General Medicine, and others.

• The candidate must appear for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET-UG) and secure a minimum qualifying score. The cutoff score for AIIMS Bhubaneswar is released every year after the NEET results are announced.
• The candidate must register for the Centralized Admission Process (CAP) for MBBS/BDS conducted by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC).
• The candidate will be allotted a seat in AIIMS Bhubaneswar based on their NEET rank, category, and the number of available seats.

Step 1: Candidates are required to obtain a minimum of 60% marks in their Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) examination (10+2) in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (PCB) along with English.

Step 2: Additionally, candidates must be at least 17 years old.

Step 3: There is a provision of relaxation for candidates belonging to the SC/ST category, where they are given a 5% reduction in the qualifying examination marks.

Step 1: Candidates will be selected for further consideration based on their performance in the NEET UG examination, and a merit list will be prepared using their NEET UG scores.

Step 2: Shortlisted candidates from the merit list will receive an invitation to participate in the NEET Counseling process.

• Nationality: The candidate must be a citizen of India.

• Educational Qualification: The candidate must have passed the 12th class under the 10+2 scheme/Senior School Certificate Examination or Intermediate Science or an equivalent examination from a recognized University/Board of any Indian State with English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
• Minimum aggregate Marks: The candidate must have scored at least 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD) in aggregate in English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
• Gender: Only female candidates are eligible.

• The candidate must have qualified for the INI CET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) conducted by the National Board of Examinations (NBME).
• The INI CET score will be used for shortlisting the candidates for counselling.
• The counselling will be conducted in online mode.
• In the counselling, the candidates will be allotted seats based on their INI CET score, their preference for the course and the availability of seats.
•  The candidate must have passed MBBS from a recognized medical college with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks.

• SC/ST candidates): The candidate must also have completed one year of compulsory rotating internship.
• Registration: The candidate must be registered with the Medical Council of India (MCI).
• Relaxation in age:
• SC/ST candidates: A relaxation of five years is given in the upper age limit.
• OBC candidates: A relaxation of three years is given in the upper age limit.
• P.H. candidates: A relaxation of five years is given in the upper age limit for Orthopaedics Physical Handicapped (OPH) candidates.
